Thinking in systems.
V-shaped means broad enough to work across the full design practice (research, strategy, facilitation, systems) but with genuine depth in UX and service design that informs everything I touch. It's not a claim about knowing everything. It's about knowing where I'm strong and using that to go further in both directions.
Right now I'm a Sr. UX Designer at Accenture Song, leading UX and service design for enterprise clients across hospitality, healthcare, and technology. Most of my work lives in genuinely complex environments: fragmented legacy systems, misaligned teams, and workflows built around years of workarounds.
Before I design a screen, I spend time understanding the full picture: facilitating workshops, mapping service blueprints, synthesizing research, creating the shared alignment teams need to actually move forward. The interface is usually the last thing I touch.
I care just as much about how things feel as how they function. I'm drawn to simplicity inside complexity, and I believe in creating moments of clarity, and occasionally surprise, where they matter.
