Sr. UX Designer
Vivian Pham
Designing for how people actually work.
Thoughtful, layered, and built to feel human.
Rooted in UX.
Thinking in systems.
I'm a V-shaped designer (both in how I work and, conveniently, in name) with deep expertise in UX and a growing practice across service design, strategy, research, and product vision.
Currently a Sr. UX Designer at Accenture Song, where I lead UX and service design for enterprise clients across hospitality, healthcare, and technology. My work lives in complex environments: fragmented legacy systems, misaligned teams, and workflows shaped by years of workarounds.
I naturally think in systems. Before I design a screen, I focus on understanding the full experience: facilitating stakeholder workshops, mapping service blueprints, synthesizing research, and creating the shared alignment needed to move forward.
At the same time, I care deeply about how things feel, not just how they function. I'm drawn to simplicity in complex workflows, but I also believe in creating moments of clarity and surprise where they matter.
